2. Eligibility to Sell a Device

  • Be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.
  • Be the legal owner of the device being sold.
  • Confirm that the device is not lost, stolen, blacklisted, financed, or iCloud-locked.

3. Prohibited Devices

P&M Electronics strictly does not accept:

  • Lost or Stolen Devices — rejected and reported to law enforcement.
  • Blacklisted Devices — phones restricted by carriers.
  • Financed Devices — devices under active installment plans.
  • iCloud/Google-Locked Devices — devices with active locks.
  • Carrier-Locked Devices — may have reduced value or be ineligible.

4. Device Evaluation & Pricing

  • All devices are inspected based on condition, model, and market value.
  • Prices are subject to fluctuation based on market demand.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or decline offers if a device differs from description.

5. Payments & Trade-In Policy

  • Payments are made instantly via cash or other available methods.
  • Completed transactions cannot be reversed unless an error occurs.
  • Trade-in offers must be used within 30 days.

6. Online Purchases & Returns

  • All devices sold online are factory unlocked and professionally graded.
  • Free shipping or in-store pickup on all orders.
  • Sales tax calculated based on shipping address at checkout.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as received.

7. Fraud Prevention & Legal Compliance

  • Suspicious transactions will be reported to authorities.
  • P&M Electronics complies with local and federal laws regarding electronic trade.

8. Privacy & Data Security

  • Customers are responsible for erasing personal data before selling.
  • We offer free data wiping.
